The "night tour at the Zhaojun Museum" cultural tourism project, jointly developed by Hohhot Cultural Tourism Investment Group Co, the Hohhot municipal bureau of culture, tourism, radio, film and television, and the Hohhot Museum, recently opened at the Zhaojun Museum.

The venue launched its glasses-free holography, laser projection, and 3D fog systems, with a 15-minute limited light and shadow spectacular kicking off the night tour. Citizens and tourists stopped to take photos, and the immersive light-and-shadow scenes quickly became the center of attention.

The highlight of the night tour is a 60-minute immersive walking theater production, Chilechuan Ballad: Zhaojun. Five chapters weave together the complete historical narrative of Zhaojun's departure to the frontier, featuring characteristic dances, interactive performances around the venue, and communal bonfire dancing that builds in intensity. The flowing, promenade-style viewing experience breaks the boundaries of traditional stage performances.

Multiple situational dramas are scattered throughout the park, allowing visitors to experience different historical scenes as they stroll through the changing scenery. The organizers explained that through the staggered arrangement of multiple productions, the project caters to visitors of all ages.

Leveraging the national-level cultural resources of the Zhaojun Museum, the project has brought in a top-tier domestic light-and-shadow production team, integrating digital light-and-shadow technology with immersive live performances to revitalize the core IP of Zhaojun culture.
