Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co Ltd was founded in 2005, headquartered in Deqing, Zhejiang province. It is a high-end manufacturing enterprise committed to the research and development (R&D), manufacturing, sales and service of various smart aerial working platforms.

Dingli is known for its advanced technology, top-grade equipped facilities and fast company growth. In 2018, the company's output value reached 1.88 billion yuan ($265.7 million), up 65.59 percent year-on-year, while its exports reached 1 billion yuan, up 41.3 percent year-on-year.

Dingli has assembled a team of global engineers and talented professionals, and established a R&D center in Europe and a provincial-level research institute. The company has acquired nearly 230 patents to date, including 70 invention patents and 20 overseas patents. 

Dingli also aims for green growth and has established a remanufacturing facility, advocates recycling, energy conservation and efficient utilization, and has upgraded the warranty period of its electric-driven scissor series products to two years.

Moreover, Dingli established a wholly-owned, first domestically financed leasing pilot enterprise, Shanghai Dingce Leasing Co Ltd in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The company also acquired 20 percent shares of Magni, a leading international intelligent telescopic arm forklift enterprise, which has enabled Dingli to extend its product lines, utilize global technologies and expand its brand influence.
