Located in Miaoxi town, Huzhou's Wuxing district, Xisai Mountain Tourist Resort is a provincial tourist resort in East China's Zhejiang province.

The resort boasts an advantageous geographical location, as it is 150 kilometers east of Shanghai and 90 kilometers south of Hangzhou.

The afforestation rate in the resort has exceeded 70 percent.

It is now home to a national 4A scenic attraction, two national 3A scenic attraction, and five 3A scenic villages. One of the most popular attractions in Xisai tourist resort is Yuanxiang Small Town.

With a total investment of 3 billion yuan ($461.54 million), the scenic spot covers a total area of 1,480 mu (98.7 hectares). It is home to Asia's largest butterfly museum, as well as a plum garden spanning 1,000 mu.

The Giraffe Manor is also worth a visit, where visitors are able to interact with giraffes. In 2020, the manor will receive about 119,600 tourists, generating 28.42 million yuan in revenue.

Miaoxi has now emerged as a hit tourism destination in the Yangtze River Delta region. In 2020, the town welcomed a total of 1.458 million visitors, generating 320 million yuan in revenue, official data shows.
