Skyland, a tourism resort located in Anji county, Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province was recently opened to local residents free of charge.

Admission will be free only until April 29.

Visitors will still have to pay to sit the cable cars, which are the only form of transportation in and out of Skyland. The cable car service runs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

The price of a cable car ticket for adults is 180 yuan ($27.69). The ticket for child costs 110 yuan. Children under 1.2 meters in height do not have to pay.

Located at an altitude of 1,168 meters, Skyland boasts an advantageous geographical location due to its proximity to major cities like Shanghai, Nanjing, and Hangzhou.

The resort has a host of facilities such as cliff swings, grass slides and karting tracks that are catered to thrill seekers. One of the must-see attractions is the glass bridge which stretches about 80 meters beyond a cliff.

Skyland is also an ideal playground for children. In the scenic spot, kids can play with sheep, jump on a cloud-shaped trampoline and ride on a small train.

Hotels such as the 1168 Star Astronomy Hotel and the Squirrel Tribe Hotel in the scenic spot have high-end accommodation options for visitors.
