Huzhou's per capita disposable income up 5.3% in H1

Huzhou's overall per capita disposable income in the first half of this year increased by 5.3 percent to 32,756 yuan ($5,039.38), according to official data from the Huzhou branch of the National Bureau of Statistics.

The per capita disposable income of the city's urban residents rose 4.4 percent to 38,024 yuan, while the figure for rural residents was 24,582 yuan, up 7.1 percent.

Wage is still the biggest source of income for residents in Huzhou, followed by net operating income, net asset income and net transfer income.

The city's per capita wage income from January to June stood at 18,669 yuan, a growth of 4.8 percent year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the per capital operating income, net asset income and net transfer income were 7,444 yuan, 2,575 yuan and 4,068 yuan, up 5 percent, 5.2 percent and 8.6 percent respectively.
