Huzhou adds 4 provincial high-tech industrial parks

Four industrial parks in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, recently made the list of the 14 newly designated provincial high-tech industrial parks, the most in the province.

Wuxing High-tech Industrial Park

Established in Huzhou's Wuxing district in March 2013, the park covers an area of 59.08 square meters. It has been honored as a National Green Industrial Park and recognized provincially for its high output value per mu (0.06 hectare) two years in a row.

Nanxun High-tech Industrial Park

Nanxun High-tech Industrial Park has emerged as a production hub for high-end equipment, including intelligent elevators, energy-saving motors, and electromagnetic wire.

The 23.52-square-meter park, which was founded in Huzhou's Nanxun district in December 2019, is home to 736 enterprises, including 164 above-designated-size companies and 106 national high-tech companies.

Changxing High-tech Industrial Park

Changxing High-tech Industrial Park, which was inaugurated in Huzhou's Changxing county in 2017, is designed to be a national R&D center for power batteries and a production hub for domestically developed automobiles.

The park's revenue topped 160 billion yuan ($22.86 billion) after exceeding 100 billion yuan in 2020, official statistics show.

Anji High-tech Industrial Park

Located in Huzhou's Anji county, the park had 182 above-designated-size companies, including 12 Fortune Global 500 companies and six listed companies, as of the end of 2021.

It is home to a number of industry leaders in high-end equipment, smart homes, healthcare and more.
