21 projects worth 47.1b yuan break ground in Huzhou

Twenty-one investment projects with a combined value of 47.1 billion yuan ($6.84 billion) broke ground in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province on Feb 21.
The projects are among the 268 major projects worth 680.8 billion yuan that started construction in Zhejiang that same day.
Of the 21 projects in Huzhou is the new campus of Huzhou Vocational & Technical College.
Located in the Xisai Mountain Scientific Valley, the campus is backed by an investment of 5.45 billion yuan and has a floorage of 600,000 square meters.
In May 2022, Huzhou Vocational & Technical College was ranked fourth in a provincial evaluation for 47 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang.
Official statistics show that the number of faculties with a master's degree or above at the Huzhou Vocational & Technical College registered a 2.3-fold increase during the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-20) period compared with the previous five-year period.
