Huzhou's per capita disposable income hits 49,113 yuan in Q1-3

Huzhou's overall per capita disposable income in the first three quarters of this year increased by 5.5 percent to 49,113 yuan ($6,724.5), according to official data from the Huzhou branch of the National Bureau of Statistics.

Over the same period, the city's per capita consumption amounted to 30,143 yuan, up 9.1 percent year-on-year.

Specifically, the per capita disposable income of the city's urban residents rose 4.8 percent to 56,698 yuan, while the figure for rural residents was 37,211 yuan, up 6.7 percent.

Wages are still the biggest source of income for residents in Huzhou, followed by net operating income, net transfer income, and net asset income.

The per capita wage income of Huzhou's urban residents from January to September stood at 30,762 yuan, a growth of 3.5 percent year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the per capita operating income, net transfer income and net asset income were 11,529 yuan, 8,914 yuan and 5,493 yuan, respectively, up 6.8 percent, 8.2 percent and 2.8 percent.

For rural residents, the per capital wage income, operating income, net transfer income and net asset income were 24,127 yuan, 8,822 yuan, 2,909 yuan and 1,354 yuan, respectively.
