Four locations in Huzhou have been recognized for their exceptional climate and ecology, announced the Huzhou Meteorological Bureau on Nov 29.

Among these locations, Xiantan village in Deqing county and Badujie Scenic Area in Changxing county have been designated as climate health resorts, while Dongshen village in Deqing county and Dongling village in Anji county have been identified as summer resorts.

The selection process was based on several criteria, including the presence of a superior climate, excellent ecological conditions, clean and fresh air, and well-developed supporting facilities within Zhejiang province. The selected areas are ideal for leisure tourism, summer relaxation, and promoting health and wellness, whether in rural or scenic areas.
