The Chinese team, represented by two athletes - Zhou Fei and Tong Mengqi - from Huzhou, Zhejiang province, delivered an outstanding performance at the 2024 Asian Track Cycling Championships, which opened in New Delhi, India, on Feb 21.

They secured the championship title in the women's team sprint event, marking a triumphant start to the competition.

The 2024 Asian Track Cycling Championships, a pivotal qualifier for the upcoming Paris Olympics, brought together approximately 500 riders from 18 nations in New Delhi. The event also hosted junior and para track cycling competitions, showcasing the diverse talent and dedication within the cycling community.
