The Xisaishan Tourism Resort in Huzhou has recently secured a coveted spot on the roster of 22 national-level tourism resorts released by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

Situated in Miaoxi town, Wuxing district, the resort has evolved into a multifaceted tourism gem, seamlessly merging cultural enrichment, ecological rejuvenation, parent-child educational excursions, and tranquil rural getaways over the years.

Conveniently positioned just a brief 5-minute drive north of Huzhou High-speed Railway Station and a mere 20-minute drive from the bustling city center, it effortlessly fits into the one-hour transportation circle of the Yangtze River Delta, a region encompassing the provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui as well as the Shanghai municipality.

The resort is home to prominent peaks like Xisai Mountain, Zhushan Mountain, and Xiamu Mountain, enveloped by a lush forest canopy that covers over 73 percent of the terrain. The Miaoxi River winds its way through the scenery, complemented by a network of more than 50 mountain reservoirs and ponds scattered throughout the region.

Leverageing its unspoiled nature resources and advantageous location, the local govermnet has developed a range of scenic attractions rated at the national 3A level or higher, including Yuanxiang Small Town and Linglong Bay, within the venue, alongside a diverse array of rural lodging options and upscale boutique homestays.
