AI-powered traditional Chinese medicine doctors are now providing convenient and efficient care at the digital TCM clinic of the Longshan community health service station in Wuxing district, Huzhou, Zhejiang province.

These AI doctors are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — patients simply need to swipe their medical insurance cards to begin a consultation.

Patients can interact with the AI doctor via a touchscreen or voice command, describing their symptoms and responding to the AI program's questions. The system then conducts a health assessment, analyzes the data, and delivers a personalized wellness plan.

For added convenience, patients can opt for AI-assisted medicine dispensing, with prescriptions delivered straight to their homes.

Currently, AI TCM doctors offer a seamless online service — from diagnosis and constitution analysis to prescription issuance — giving residents a modern, tech-driven healthcare alternative.

Technology should serve the people, and in Huzhou, efforts are underway to ensure more citizens are benefitting from these innovations.
