Leveraging the local booming camping scene, Anji County Library creatively introduced a mobile service that combines camping with reading, allowing visitors to enjoy reading amid the picturesque landscape.

The imaginative initiative mixes culture, technology, tourism, education, and the protection of intangible cultural heritage, utilizing smart technology to balance online and on-site resources. Interactive activities further enhance the reading experience.

The innovative cultural service is transcending space limitations, expanding its reach across the county. In 2024 alone, the project attracted 12,000 new readers and facilitated the borrowing of 72,000 books, representing year-on-year increases of 80 percent and 110 percent, respectively.
