Registration for the 2025 Huzhou Marathon, which will be held on Nov 9 in Huzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, kicked off at 10 am on Sept 11 and is set to close at 6 pm on Sept 26, according to the Huzhou municipal sports bureau.

This year's event will feature a full marathon, a half-marathon, and a fun run, with a total capacity of 15,000 participants.

The 42.2-kilometer full marathon will accommodate 3,000 runners, the 21.1 km half-marathon will have 9,000 spots, and the 4.7 km fun run will allow 3,000 participants.

The course connects Huzhou's natural and cultural landmarks. The marathon aims to immerse participants in the scenic beauty of Taihu Lake and the charms of Huzhou, enhancing the city's image and promoting fitness and cultural exchanges.
