The Inner Mongolia delegation to the second session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) held a press conference on March 10, during which the delegation's spokesperson, Hao Songshan, briefed the media on the delegation's activities.

Hao highlighted that a total of 58 NPC deputies from Inner Mongolia attended the session.

Throughout the session, the delegation organized three plenary meetings and eight group meetings to review the government work report, plans and drafts, budget reports, draft revisions to the State Council's organizational law, the work report of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, as well as the work reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

During the session, the delegation submitted one group suggestion titled "Promoting Inner Mongolia as an Observer in the Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region".

Furthermore, the deputies put forward a total of 120 individual suggestions, focusing on the tailored development of new productive forces; promoting high-quality development in the energy, agriculture, and animal husbandry sectors; as well as addressing issues related to transportation infrastructure, healthcare, education, and other livelihood matters.
