From July 27 to 30, a delegation from the International NGOs Network for Poverty Reduction Cooperation visited North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, where it explored the region's high-quality development, green transformation, and cultural construction efforts.

The delegation comprised 21 officials and representatives from relevant departments and institutions across 12 countries, including Egypt, Kenya and Mauritius. Their itinerary included visits to the cities of Hohhot and Ordos, where they observed firsthand the region's strides in sustainable development and cultural preservation.

In Hohhot, they toured the Yili Modern Smart Health Valley and the Inner Mongolia Museum, while in Ordos they explored the Ordos Net-Zero Industrial Park and the Yinkentala desertification control project.

Delegation members described the visit as a practical and effective learning experience. They were particularly impressed by the vivid implementation of China's high-quality development and green transformation in Inner Mongolia.

Moving forward, they expressed a keen interest in strengthening cooperation with Inner Mongolia in areas such as green energy, desertification control, agricultural and pastoral development, and cultural exchanges.
