Residents and businesses can now access the Hondlon District Government Service Hall online, where a VR panoramic display accurately recreates its layout, service facilities, and counters. With voice-guided explanations, users can learn about the hall's functions, service scope, and available procedures and even complete online transactions.
Li Jie, Baotou Hualian Comprehensive Supermarket Co's administrative manager, shared his experience of collecting certificates at the service hall.
"Business licenses, food operation permits, and hygiene permits are high-frequency documents for us. Previously, handling these at the physical service counters was time-consuming. Since the VR Government Service Hall launch, we can now clearly understand each hall’s services without visiting in person," Li said.
"We can check business-related queries online and download all necessary documents in advance, making the process much more efficient. Now, we only need to visit the hall once to complete the paperwork, which significantly enhances our experience," he added.
