The signing ceremony for the XDeen Precise automotive high-speed connector project was recently held at Taicang Port in Taicang, a county-level city in Suzhou, Jiangsu province.

The project involves the construction of a communication and automotive high-speed connector production base. It will arrange around 10,000 square meters of factory space in the Lingang high-end equipment industrial park. Once operational, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 600 million yuan ($83.74 million).

XDeen Precise focuses mainly on digital communications and automotive connectors. In the automotive connector field, the company is the first domestic enterprise to complete the development of high-speed connector products in the new energy vehicle sector. Its products have been verified and are now in mass production.

Based on the clustering of automotive customers, the company plans to set up production lines in the Yangtze River Delta region, centered around UMC and SAIC, to serve customers such as Tesla, Ideal Auto, NIO, Geely, and Chery.

With the continuous increase in new energy vehicle production capacity around Shanghai, there is immense potential for domestic substitution in automotive high-speed connectors. The port area is located in the core area of the Yangtze River Delta region with a strong foundation in the automotive parts industry, which will attract more similar projects to Taicang.
