The C-cube cultural complex and its supporting facilities have broken ground in the Xiaoyaowan business region of Jinpu New Area on May 13. With an investment of 1.5 billion yuan, the project is expected to be built into a cultural complex integrating shopping, leisure, entertainment, cultural tourism, performances and catering, all of which will be put into operation in 2023.

The project integrates culture with technology, creating an interactive and immersive cultural experience based on IP theme parks, online celebrity live streaming and cultural and creative markets. The project gathers Liaoning’s distinctive cultural enterprises and cultural tourism resources, taking the lead in building a new platform of digital industry and building a new landmark in the city.

After being put into operation, the project is expected to attract more than a million tourists every year, generate 2 billion yuan in output and create 5,000 job opportunities. This will provide a new support in the development of the regional economy.
