Jinpu releases 50 programs for people’s livelihoods in 2022

Recently, the Jinpu New Area has officially released 50 programs for people’s livelihoods in 2022 with a total investment of 1.88 billion yuan ($296.29 million).

Nine hundred and eighty million yuan will be invested in educational resources, such as the construction of three new primary and secondary schools, one kindergarten, the renewal of school playgrounds and subsidies for students from families with financial difficulties; Jinpu also plans an investment of 64.38 million yuan for health care improvement and eight projects with a planned investment of 530 million yuan to be implemented in urban renewal, and further improvements in people’s living environment in old communities.

One hundred and sixty million yuan will be invested in rural revitalization, including the implementation of agricultural planting subsidies, the construction of livestock product supply bases, and the improvement of the rural environment. Other projects include culture sharing, improvement of the system for benefiting people, digital life construction, upgrading granaries, optimizing the credit environment, and governance of potential safety hazards.

Starting from November 2021, Jinpu collected 3,000 public opinions on matters that they are most concerned about. These opinions were compared and 50 programs were determined.
