A total of 45 Volvo S90 commercial vehicles produced by domestic factories were successfully shipped to the Americas at the Dalian Automobile Terminal (DAT) in Jinpu New Area on April 21, a new development in the Dalian Free Trade Zone (DFTZ).

This business further expands the in-depth cooperation between DAT and Volvo in the domestic, international and global logistics fields.

In recent years, DAT has been closely cooperating with Volvo in the logistics business, including Volvo European exports, domestic north-south ro-ro (roll-on/roll-off) water transportation and other projects.

With the launch of the Volvo Americas export project, DAT has achieved full coverage of the export business of major auto manufacturers in Northeast China, providing customers with global port logistics services.

DAT has built a Northeast Asian commercial vehicle transshipment center, and since 2020 has successfully set up the BMW Brilliance export base, opened a new sea and land passage for Japanese commercial vehicle cross-border transportation and an Airbus Ro-Ro America export route, and promoted the construction of FAW Group's export base in Dalian.
