The Yangtze River Delta (Rudong) Security Industrial Park was recently named a national demonstration industrial park for the security industry. It was the only such park in Jiangsu to receive this honor.

More than 100 security enterprises and 28 key enterprises currently operate in the industrial park, which generated 11.2 billion yuan ($1.59 billion) in sales revenue in 2018, a year-on-year increase of 9.8 percent.

The industrial park has prioritized the development of the security industry and focuses on safety equipment, security supplies, and security services. It has contributed greatly to the stability and safety of regional production.

Industrial chains for things like personal protection equipment, safety equipment, and vehicle electronic security have improved the efficiency of resource utilization, reduced costs, and enhanced the competitiveness of enterprises in the region.
