So how does one make buckwheat pancakes?
The first step is to make the fillings. Blanch green vegetables in boiling water and then soak them in cold water to preserve their green color and ensure a fresh taste. Then mix minced meat, edible fungus, bamboo shoots, green vegetables and seasonings such as salt, light soy sauce, and cooking wine. Finally, roll the fillings into small balls.
