On Feb 18, a helicopter carrying passengers successfully completed a test flight from Shanghai Pudong Software Park to the Linyang industrial park in Qidong, marking a significant step in establishing a low-altitude passenger flight route connecting Shanghai and Jiangsu.

Linyang Aviation, a subsidiary of Linyang Energy focused on low-altitude infrastructure and operations, launched this route as the initial phase of an ambitious effort to establish a comprehensive low-altitude transportation network across the Yangtze River Delta.

In collaboration with Pudong Software Park and other partners, Linyang plans to expand passenger air routes to Lingang, Jiading, Songjiang, Jiaxing, Kunshan, and beyond, enhancing regional connectivity.

Looking ahead, the company aims to establish over 100 helipads across 45 districts and counties in the Yangtze River Delta, supporting the development of an integrated three-dimensional transportation network for the Shanghai metropolitan area.
