A number of companies specializing in service outsourcing in Tongzhou district in Nantong, Jiangsu province have experienced rapid development in recent years.

Despite being only being established one year ago, the company has built partnerships with more than 10 international brands. The turnover of the company exceeded 100 million yuan ($13.85 million) in 2022 and is expected to increase by over 30 percent this year.
This rapid development is made possible by the company's independently-developed digital customer service platform, which is unparalleled in the industry. The company has also set up multiple program teams to optimize the platform's performance.
"Our research on artificial intelligence is currently underway, and we plan to implement AI applications in the coming year," said Yin Ming, the company's general manager.
Another outstanding service outsourcing enterprise in Tongzhou is Lianbang Internet Technology Service (Nantong) Co Ltd. The intelligent operational management platform developed by the company can match over 8,000 registered engineers to provide offline information technology maintenance services for clients.
The emergence of these enterprises has facilitated the establishment of a robust service outsourcing industrial chain in Tongzhou. In 2022, the offshore execution value of the district's service outsourcing industry witnessed a year-on-year increase of 19.25 percent.
