Transport for IC components industry park
The Integrated Circuit Components Industry Park was officially signed to settle in the Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone on Oct 31.
As an important part of national integrated circuit (IC) industry development, the park, jointly developed by the National Integrated Circuit Components Innovation Alliance and Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, is a major force in promoting the coordinated development of China's IC industry.
Su-Tong Yangtze River Highway Bridge
The Su-Tong Yangtze River Highway Bridge turns the former barrier of the Yangtze River into a thoroughfare, and connects Suzhou south of the river and Nantong in the north.
In addition, other cross-river channels are being built, including Zhangjiagang-Rugao, Haimen-Taicang, the second channel of Suzhou-Nantong. A transport layout of eight main channels across the Yangtze River will be formed during the 14th Fiver-Year Plan (2021-25).

Tongzhou Bay
With the implementation of strategies to develop coastal areas and integrate the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) region, several strategic traffic projects, such as the new airport and the northern high-speed rail line along the Yangtze River and Tongzhou Bay, have been included as part of national planning. Work on the wharf and distribution system at Lyusi Port has started and is due to be completed in 2021.

Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge
The Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Bridge, with a six-lane expressway on its upper deck and four railway tracks on its lower deck, opened July 1, 2020, giving Nantong its first cross-river rail line.

Nantong Xingdong International Airport
Nantong Xingdong International Airport in Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, has opened seven international routes.
The site for Nantong's new airport has been approved and in the future, with Shanghai's Pudong and Hongqiao airports, it will form an air hub in East China. Nantong National High-tech Industrial Development Zone will become the only national high-tech zone in China boasting two international airports.
