New year's nighttime recruitment event held in NETDA

A talent night market was held at the Human Resources Market in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) on Jan 16. 

As the first nighttime recruitment event of 2026 in NETDA, the market integrated job matchmaking, policy interpretation, and convenient services. It served as an efficient bridge for connecting companies with job seekers and added a sense of warmth to winter employment services. The event also featured an online livestream event to expand the reach of recruitment. 

The event arranged for 26 high-quality enterprises to participate in on-site recruitment, covering key sectors such as advanced equipment, new energy, and electronic information. These companies offered a range of positions from roles like technical research and development, production management, and quality control to basic positions such as operators, customer service, and sales, catering to the diverse needs of job seekers. 

Focusing on regional industrial development and talent needs, the development zone plans to continue organizing themed recruitment and livestream job promotion activities both online and offline, aiming to bring supply and demand into better alignment and providing strong talent support for high-quality regional development.
