Five industry brains developed by Ningbo, East China's Zhejiang province debuted at the Light of Internet Expo.

The expo was held on the sidelines of the 2021 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit under the theme of "Toward a New Era of Digital Civilization -- Building a Community with a Shared Future in Cyberspace", which kicked off in Wuzhen, East China's Zhejiang province on Sept 27.

Some latest technologies from 343 companies from home and abroad are on display at the event.

Among them are the industry brains designed for the five pillar industries in Ningbo, including clothing, chemicals, home appliances, molding (metal), as well as stationery and sporting goods.

The clothing industry brain plans to integrate more than 50 application scenarios and over 120 industry apps, with services reaching more than 2,000 enterprises.

The top-level design for the chemical industry brain has been completed. Currently the platform accommodates 20 chemical parks, accounting for over 40 percent of the total in Zhejiang.

The city's molding (metal) industry city brain has amassed 52 industry apps, with services covering nearly 50 molding enterprises.
