Junngar Banner in Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, has made it onto the national top 100 list of tourism towns, according to a survey conducted by Insight China between August and September.

Launched by Insight China and the State Information Center, together with relevant experts and institutions, the survey in search of the best tourism towns was conducted across the whole country.

Only three towns in Inner Mongolia made it on the list with Juungar Banner being 65th on the list.
