Construction of Juungar Banner Culture and Sports Center for Workers started recently. 

The project is designed to provide a venue for the residents to conduct sports and cultural activities in Juungar Banner, Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. 

The project drew investment of 75.92 million yuan ($10.93 million) and covers 12,090 square meters. 

The center will provide a swimming pool, table tennis rooms, chess rooms, gymnasiums, a basketball court, badminton courts and a multimedia training classroom. 

The project is expected to be finished by the end of 2019 and will become a new landmark in Juungar Banner.
