Ejin Horoo Banner in Ordos, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, is lit up in the evening to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which will fall on July 1 this year.
The 22 buildings alongside the 3-kilometer-long bank of Ulan Mulun Lake in Eijin Horoo Banner are being used to put on themed light shows broadcasting anniversary slogans on a loop around the clock.
The No 2, 3 and 4 bridges crossing the lake have also been decorated with flags and slogans marking "the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China".
