The improved business environment and business services of Ejin Horoo Banner in the city of Ordos in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region have obtained positive feedback from enterprises.
Lyu Le, the person in charge of the 300,000-metric-ton lithium iron phosphate cathode material project invested by Inner Mongolia Jinghua New Material Co, said that it took only 38 days for an agreement on the signing of the project to the start of its construction.
Lyu said that the project's approval speed far exceeds the progress of his company's previous projects in other regions.
Starting from 2020, Ejin Horoo Banner has taken the lead in implementing "standard land + commitment system" reforms for projects, providing follow-up services throughout the process, paving the way for additional projects, and ensuring timely and legal land use for projects.
The banner has so far built more than 3,410 mu (227.33 hectares) of standard land, 12,000 square meters of standardized workshops, supporting service buildings and ancillary facilities.
Another 35,000 square meters of workshops and facilities are currently under construction as well.
Moving forward, more than 2,800 mu of standard land, as well as 1.55 million square meters of standardized workshops, supporting service buildings and ancillary facilities, will be built.
