Ordos High-quality Development Investment Co and the Laixi Economic Development Zone Management Committee signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the county-level city of Laixi in Qingdao, East China's Shandong province, on June 22.

According to the agreement, the two parties will explore a new model of social governance boosted by digitalization in Laixi, and jointly build a new platform economic system that is people-centered, government-led and uses State-owned enterprises to serve local economic and social development.

The signing of the strategic cooperation agreement represents good progress in cooperation between Laixi and Kangbashi district in Ordos, where Ordos High-quality Development Investment Co is based.

The Ordos company has successfully developed a comprehensive intelligent and convenient service platform called "Duoduo Comments, Mashang Life", which has been highly praised by the market and plays an essential role in increasing fiscal revenue and improving social governance and government service efficiency.

Cooperation between the Ordos company and the Laixi Economic Development Zone Management Committee represents the first time the platform has been used outside the grassland region.
