Ordos ski resort offers winter fun

The Jiucheng Palace International Ski Resort officially kicked off its skiing season on Dec 3, with a great mix of snow-related culture, tourism and sports on offer.
The resort is an important winter tourism destination for the city of Ordos, located in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.
It has some thrilling terrain and its improved facilities to offer some fantastic entertainment.
There's an advanced ski run to try out, two intermediate ski runs, two primary ski paths, one teaching and training trail and an off-road vehicles track.

A 5,000-square-meter ice and snow world comprehensive service building has facilities for looking at the magnificent views, as well as for taking a rest, shopping and indoor golf.
The resort's 1,500-sq-m ski hall provides ski equipment, such as snowshoes, snowboards, helmets and ski goggles.
In addition to skiing, tourists can dine, watch various shows and performances, as well as pick fruit and vegetables – all meeting the different entertainment needs of tourists of all ages.
