Ejin Horoo Banner in the city of Ordos in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region held a signing ceremony on July 10 for modern service industry investment projects.

During the ceremony, the government of Ejin Horoo Banner signed cooperation agreements with Ejin Horoo Banner Lijing Holiday Hotel and Ordos Longhai Commercial Management Co, with a total investment of 9.3 million yuan ($1.33 million) in the modern service industry.

After extensive deliberation and careful consideration, it has been determined that two substantial economic endeavors, namely Happy Lamb and Heytea, are set to be implemented in the esteemed Ejin Horoo Banner. Specifically, the Happy Lamb initiative is poised to be situated in the illustrious Lijing Community, spanning an impressive area of 1,280 square meters, with a staggering investment plan of 6.3 million yuan.

The project has already started its design and decoration and is expected to open during the National Day holiday.

Heytea is set to be located in the Sun City Shopping Center, with a total investment of 3 million yuan.

Once in operation, it is projected to generate an annual income of 7 million yuan.
