As this year's autumn-winter migratory season quietly unfolds, the Hanggin Naor Natural Reserve and neighboring lakes in Hanggin Banner of Ordos city have welcomed more than 10,000 migratory birds.

They include white-crowned sandgrouses, red-crested pochards, and wild geese, and are expected to stay for about 20 days.

In recent years, the ecological environment of Hanggin Banner has consistently improved, with an increase in both the number and species of wildlife.

Every spring and autumn, large numbers of migratory birds flock there as expected, delivering an extraordinary spectacle of nature at work.
