The city of Ordos in Inner Mongolia autonomous region received the "Outstanding Business Environment Case" award for its "Warm City Five Hearts" business environment brand at the 2023 Global Trend Conference on Dec 1, making it the only city in the region to be recognized for such an achievement.

The "2023 Global Trend Case" is an annual case collection event organized by the central news media outlet Global Network, with the aim of summarizing China's high-quality development achievements in various fields and industries in 2023, and actively promoting the harmonious co-development of economic and social progress.

In recent years, Ordos has made every effort to create a "Warm City Five Hearts" business environment brand, which includes the most caring policies, the most time-saving services, the most reassuring investments, the warmest services, and the most comfortable living environment.

As a pioneer city in Inner Mongolia in terms of carrying out legislation to optimize its business environment, Ordos has implemented a series of policies such as the "Ordos Government Services Regulations" and the "Ordos Private Economy Promotion Regulations."

In addition, the city has integrated 923 issues involving multiple departments into 298 issues, with each one resolved in one go, reducing processing time by 87 percent and simplifying materials and processing steps by over 45 percent.
