At 3 pm on July 6, a Vietnam VietJet Air flight carrying over 200 inbound tourists touched down at Ordos Ejin Horoo International Airport, marking the official opening of the Hanoi, Vietnam to Ordos inbound international flight.
Passengers from Vietnam arriving in Ordos on this flight will benefit from Ordos' comprehensive tourism services and enjoy a five to six-day tour in the region.
The route is serviced by an Airbus A321 aircraft, with one flight per week.
The flight time from Hanoi to Ordos is approximately 5 hours. The route will operate until the end of August and is expected to attract over 1,200 international inbound tourists.

In recent years, Ordos airport has been dedicated to developing the "Airborne Thousand People Inbound Tourism" project.
On June 18, the airport opened inbound international flights from four cities in South Korea, including Incheon and Muan. Inbound tourist numbers are stable, and the local tourism market has shown a strong response.
Next, the Ordos airport plans to open an international flight from Indonesia to Ordos, scheduled to run from August to December with at least one flight per week, totaling around 20 flights. Approximately 2,000 tourists are expected to visit through this route.
