The Ordos Culture China Tour 2024 – Chongqing Activity Week will be held from Sept 20 to 24 in Chongqing's Jiulongpo district.

This year's event aims to showcase Ordos' history, culture, regional characteristics, and urban charm to residents and tourists from home and abroad.

Event activities include cultural and creative exhibitions, photography exhibitions, specialty product displays, food fairs, stage performances, and investment opportunities. Promotional events will also endorse the city's culture, agriculture, and tourism.

The event features captivating flash mobs and bus tours at popular locations such as Guanyinqiao, Hongyadong scenic area, and Ciqikou Ancient Town.

Despite being separated by thousands of miles, Ordos and Chongqing boast unique geographical advantages, resources, and industrial characteristics.

In recent years, the two regions have fostered a friendly relationship in culture, tourism, talent exchanges, and industrial cooperation, establishing a collaborative model of mutual tourist exchanges, resource sharing, and joint development.

Since its inception in 2006, the Ordos Culture China Tour has been held in major cities and regions, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Chengdu, Xi'an, Hangzhou and Suzhou.
