Ordos welcomes 2.4m tourist visits during National Day holiday

During the National Day holiday, Ordos city attracted tourists from across the country with its diverse travel routes and exciting activities. The city welcomed 2.4 million visits, generating a total tourist expenditure of 1.71 billion yuan ($243.94 million).
Top attractions included the Ordos Wild Zoo, Juungar Yellow River Grand Canyon, Whistling Dune Bay, and Ordos Grassland.

At Whistling Dune Bay, visitors enjoyed a range of desert activities, such as cable rides, cycling, sand surfing, and camel riding, while taking in the breathtaking desert landscapes.
On the Ordos Grassland, the live equestrian show Hero captivated audiences with its stunning performances. Riders showcased their exceptional skills and synergy with their horses, leaving a lasting impression on the spectators.
