The model operates entirely within the government affairs extranet and ensures data security without requiring internet uploads. Users of the Root Database can access DeepSeek-R1 via a mini-program, enabling AI-powered conversations, intelligent query filtering, and document error correction.

This empowers staff with quick information retrieval, improving governance efficiency and scientific decision-making.

The bureau has also launched the DeepSeek-R1 application interface within the city's intelligent platform. This allows districts, banners, and township-level administrative units to integrate their specialized databases with DeepSeek-R1 for AI-driven enhancements.

The bureau will continue to use DeepSeek-R1's integration with the Root Database as a model to advance AI applications in government services.
