From Feb 17 to 21, professional performers from Kangbashi district's Ulan Muqir art troupe visited various community centers, engaging in face-to-face discussions with cultural workers and leaders of local art groups.

They gathered insights into the needs of residents, who expressed interest in professional guidance in instrumental music, vocal performance, dance, and small theatrical productions.

The Ulan Muqir art troupe plans to develop a detailed training program tailored to the community's needs. It will offer personalized "on-site services," provide more performance platforms for residents, and promote outstanding grassroots cultural works to enrich the cultural lives of local people.
