The Inner Mongolia Western Tumor Medical Center's signing and unveiling ceremony was held on March 22 in Ordos city's Kangbashi district. 

Hao Jihui, president of Tianjin Tumor Hospital, and Zhang Xiuling, vice-mayor of Ordos, signed a cooperation agreement with Ordos Central Hospital and unveiled the new medical center.

According to the agreement, Tianjin Tumor Hospital will dispatch technical and management personnel to Ordos Central Hospital.

The cooperation will focus on 10 key specialties: pancreatic tumors, head and neck tumors, gastrointestinal tumors, pelvic tumors, oncology, pathology, imaging, molecular medicine, scientific research, and radiology.

The partnership aims to enhance Ordos' oncology medical services and preventive care through targeted assistance, talent training, research collaboration, and the establishment of a three-tier tumor prevention and treatment network.

The launch of the Inner Mongolia Western Tumor Medical Center marks a significant step in strengthening regional medical cooperation and promoting high-quality cancer prevention and treatment. It will provide more convenient, efficient, and high-quality medical services for cancer patients in western Inner Mongolia.
