The Ordos Talent Innovation Center in Beijing hosted a technology achievement release conference focused on new energy innovations from the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on March 28.

During the event, cutting-edge technological achievements were showcased by leading institutions such as the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Peking University, and North China Electric Power University.

Featured technologies included carbon dioxide energy storage, aqueous zinc-manganese batteries, domestic production processes for m-phenylene SPS new materials to replace imports, high-performance gradient microporous layers for fuel cells, and a novel hydrogen energy power system based on low-pressure, high-density solid-state hydrogen storage.

These advancements align closely with Ordos' key industrial layout and hold significant innovation and application potential.

During the project matchmaking session, representatives of enterprises, researchers, and investment experts engaged in in-depth discussions on collaboration and accelerating the commercialization of these technologies.

"Today's event presents a major important opportunity to drive technology transfers and accelerate industrial upgrades. The deepening of Beijing-Inner Mongolia technological cooperation will bring new development opportunities to both regions," said Jin Long, director of the technology achievement commercialization office of the Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Department.
