The first 6S robot store in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region is preparing to open in Kangbashi district of Ordos city, bringing a wide range of intelligent robots to consumers.

Located in Tongyuan Building, the 400-square-meter showroom features more than 100 robots designed for household, commercial, industrial, and specialized applications. Unlike a traditional automobile 4S dealership, the robot 6S model adds leasing and customized services to the standard offerings of sales, after-sales support, spare parts, and customer feedback.

"We hope to build a bridge between cutting-edge technology and local industry," said Guo Fanyu, founder of Inner Mongolia Lingfan Technology Co, which operates the store.

Among the highlights are humanoid robots capable of walking, dancing, and interacting with visitors. The Unitree G1 EDU2 humanoid robot demonstrates smooth motion and a natural gait, while the "Wuxiaofu" robot series performs dance routines and acrobatic flips. Robot dogs, including the Rover X1 and Unitree GO2 Pro, showcase agility and obstacle-navigation capabilities, attracting strong interest from potential consumers.

The showroom also features service-oriented robots. A biomimetic reception robot named Xiaomei can display realistic facial expressions and gestures, while an AI-powered health screening system can assess multiple health indicators through a 90-second facial scan. An automated ice cream-making robot has also become one of the exhibition's most popular attractions.

According to Guo, the project will be developed in three phases. The first phase will focus on retail operations, immersive exhibitions, and technology education programs, while providing sales, leasing, customization, and maintenance services. The second phase aims to establish a professional training base offering courses in robot design and programming. The third phase envisions the creation of a robot-themed commercial district and technology complex to foster a complete industrial ecosystem.

Local officials said the project fills a gap in Inner Mongolia's robotics market and is expected to drive innovation and support the upgrading of Kangbashi's technology sector.

The 6S robot store is currently in trial operation and is scheduled to officially open in July.
