Ordos city is showcasing its distinctive cultural charm and innovative cultural industries at the 10th Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Cultural Industry Expo Fair, running from Aug 27 to 31 at the Inner Mongolia International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Ordos has set up four themed exhibition zones featuring an immersive, digital, and youth-oriented approach, offering visitors a fresh look at the city's cultural heritage and modern vitality.

The "Warm Ordos" zone serves as the centerpiece, using interactive screens and multimedia displays to highlight the city's development and cultural identity. The "Shared Digital Experiences" zone combines virtual reality, artificial intelligence-generated images, and a digital museum to bring Ordos' cultural heritage to life through technology.

At the "Craftsmanship at Your Fingertips" zone, visitors can experience local intangible cultural heritage, including Ordos folk songs, Manhan tunes, and traditional crafts such as headdress making, silverwork, and leather carving. The "Future in Motion" zone offers interactive experiences featuring tourism resources and a wish wall.

During the expo, visitors can also collect themed stamps for cultural and creative gifts at the Ordos zones, while industry promotion events provide opportunities for business matchmaking and cooperation.
