An international delegation comprising 60 government officials and representatives from businesses and research institutions across 17 countries visited Ordos, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Aug 27 as part of training programs.

The delegation toured Erdos Group's modern cashmere industrial park, where they learned about cashmere production, quality control, product development and international branding through exhibitions and product displays.

They also examined a range of cashmere garments and knitwear while exchanging ideas with company staff members.

The visit gave participants a deeper understanding of Ordos' distinctive cashmere industry and its growth in the global market.
