The 2024 Bazhong Real Estate (Xi'an) Promotion Conference, hosted by the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Bazhong, Sichuan province, was held on April 20 in Xi'an, Shaanxi province.

During the conference, Deputy Bazhong Mayor Li Benyong said that the purpose of this special promotion event is to invite more friends to get to "know Bazhong, enter Bazhong and settle in Bazhong." He extended a warm invitation to friends from all walks of life to visit Bazhong for sightseeing, tourism, investment and business development, and he hoped more fellow citizens will join in contributing to and building their hometown.

Chen Bing, director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Bazhong, provided an introduction to the city from various aspects, including natural ecology, cultural history, urban facilities, functional support, industrial development, service environment, transportation conditions and development opportunities. He earnestly invited friends from all walks of life to come to Bazhong, settle in Bazhong and enjoy a comfortable and content life.

During the event, 35 enterprises from Bazhong showcased their high-quality real estate projects, displaying to the public the "good houses" available in Bazhong.

Bazhong Cultural Tourism Development Group presented the cultural, tourism and health resources of Bazhong, while the Bazhong Real Estate Industry Association and representatives of real estate development enterprises from various counties and districts introduced high-quality real estate projects. 

In addition, homeowners from Shaanxi who have purchased properties in Bazhong shared their experiences.

Real estate development enterprises received nearly 1,000 inquiries from citizens on the day of the event and  232 individuals expressed their intention to purchase property.

The Xi'an special promotion conference is the first stop for the 2024 Bazhong Real Estate Promotion Conference to go nationwide. Subsequently, similar events will be held in various cities across the country. 

At the same time, the "Live in Bazhong" mini-program developed by the city has been officially launched, providing consumers with a credible and convenient online service platform.
