The Huaguang Ceramics design team employs five national-level artists, seven provincial-level artists, and 12 expat designers from the United Kingdom, the United States, Italy, and Australia.

Its products can be seen at various international events, including the 7th Military World Games in Wuhan, the 2nd Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing, and the 2nd China International Import Expo, which will kick off soon in Shanghai.
