III. Required Materials

1. Application for Making-up/Supplementing of License (original) signed by the signatory

The authorized signatory shall mean the legal representative of the foreign invested company, executive partner of the foreign invested partnership enterprise or its delegated representative, overseas signatory of the resident representative office of the foreign (regional) enterprise, and the person in charge of the foreign (regional) enterprise engaging in production and operation activities.

2. The newspaper public notice claiming missing Business License/registration certificate (original)

The contents of the newspaper public notice shall indicate the serial number of the missing license/registration certificate

3. Photocopy of the Business License/Registration License

The photocopy of the Business License/Registration License shall affix the seal of the company.

IV. Application Process

    The investors shall visit the official website of Shanghai Industrial and Commercial Administration, i.e. www.sgs.gov.cn or the “Investment and Handling Express in Pilot Area” at the portal website of “Shanghai - China”, and prepare relevant materials according to the applicable requirements, and submit the paper materials to the Investment Management Window of the Comprehensive Service Hall in the pilot area for the purpose of handling the change formalities. If materials are complete and in conformity with the legal form, after completion of handling, replace the Business License at the designated window.
